The ease of doing business index is an index created by the world bank. A high rank indicates simpler, better regulations for businesses and better law enforcement and property rights. The index is calculated based on laws and regulations, with the participation of thousands of government officials and worldwide independent consultants. - Employment issues, ease of recruitment, labor cost and laws
